Deposit and Cancellation Policy
At our hair salon, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all clients to the best of our ability. In order to help us achieve this, we have implemented a deposit and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and efficiency in our appointment scheduling process. Please carefully read and understand the following policy:
a. For certain services or appointments, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service.
b. Deposits can be paid by credit card, debit card, or cash and should be made within 24 hours of making the appointment. Gift vouchers will NOT be accepted as a deposit. Failure to make the deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the appointment.
2. Cancellation or Rescheduling:
a. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes.
b. Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice or not showing up for the appointment without prior communication may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
c. In case of extenuating circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, please contact us at the earliest possible time. We will handle such cases on an individual basis.
a. Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with the policies stated above.
b. If you have prepaid for a service and provide adequate notice for cancellation or rescheduling, we will gladly refund the remaining amount.
4. Late Arrivals:
a. We understand that sometimes unforeseen delays can occur. However, arriving more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment will be considered a late arrival.
b. In case of a late arrival, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but this may result in a shortened appointment time or rescheduling to a different date and time.
By booking an appointment with our salon, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of our deposit and cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy as it helps us best serve all our clients.

A Skin test will be required 48 hours before any Colour or Tinting service.
This will be valid for a maximum of 12 months. A consultation is required on your first visit with us at Cherries so we can ask about your hair colour history.
No Colour or Tinting service will be carried out on any person under the age of 16 years old.
We provide a free of charge consultation to all customers to advise on treatments and services.
A strand test may be taken to ensure that your hair is healthy enough to withstand any colouring/chemical services. The Stylist say is final, we will not carry on any service if the hair is damaged and will recommend the best course of action to help repair your hair.
We will always give our honest recommendation on all services.
